Replace the failed 40-gallon gas water heater in the garage. Drain and haul away the old unit, set and connect the new one, add the thermal expansion tank the inspector will look for, new flex connectors, pull the municipal permit. Customer called it in after hours on a Saturday and wants it done same weekend, so labour is at the after-hours rate.
