Ad creative for software
Short-form ad creative for self-serve SaaS and subscription apps — written, voiced, cut and captioned here, delivered as hook variants in every ratio. Flat fee. Three business days. Raw files included.
Every UGC marketplace is built around a physical object. Icon ships product to a creator and quotes 12–16 days from arrival; Insense, JoinBrands, Trend, Billo and Cohley all intermediate someone who has to hold the thing. If your product is a dashboard, there is nothing to ship — so that machine functionally skips you.
Meanwhile screen-recording-led ads are the native, category-winning format for app and SaaS user acquisition. The constraint that makes us useless to a weighted-blanket brand — no actors, no filming, no product in hand — costs nothing when the product is software.
| We make | How |
|---|---|
| Scripted voiceover | Kokoro-82M, local, Apache-2.0 — full commercial use |
| Stock b-roll | Pexels License — commercial OK, no attribution |
| Music bed, sidechain-ducked under the voice | CC0 1.0 — public domain |
| Captions burned from authored copy | ASS + libass, not transcription, so the words are the ones you approved |
| 9:16 + 4:5 + 1:1 masters from one timeline | one encode each, included |
| Hook variants sharing one body | the body renders and caches once |
| Your own screen recordings cut into the timeline | your footage, your rights |
| Loudness normalised to −14 LUFS | platform target, per file |
What we do not sell, so nobody is surprised on delivery: human actors or filmed footage (we own no camera and no studio) · AI avatars, talking heads, lip-sync or voice cloning · text-to-video generation of any kind · anything needing a physical product on camera that you can't supply footage of · screen recordings of your product that you haven't given us — we don't log into a client's software.
This is why it isn't sold as "AI UGC". That would be a lie, and that market is $5 a video anyway.
| Add-on | |
|---|---|
| Extra hook variant on an existing body | $60 |
| Rush — 24h on a Concept Pack | +50% |
| Script + storyboard only, no render | $150/concept |
| Cutting your own footage into our timeline | included |
| Extra aspect ratio beyond the three | included |
| Raw project files | included |
The rest of the market charges 30–50% extra for raw files and extra ratios. They cost us one more encode, so they're free — that's the cheapest credible difference available.
| Who | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Fiverr, AI UGC gigs | $5–$60 | commodity floor, near-identical listings |
| Fiverr, premium AI UGC | $180–$200 | positioning, not better output |
| Upwork, direct-response ad variants | $200–$500/variant | same file length, 4–10× clip-editing rates |
| Icon — human UGC, managed | $1,000/mo → ~$167/ad | 12–16 day delivery |
| AI tools (Creatify, HeyGen, Arcads…) | $0.40–$11/video | you can buy this yourself |
| Performance-creative agencies | $5,000–$15,000/mo | 18–40+ assets, min ~$20K/mo spend |
There is open ground between Icon at $1,000/mo and the agency floor at $5,000/mo. A brand spending $10–50K/mo on media has no good option in between. That's the slot.
Turnaround starts when the script is approved, not when the brief arrives.
Revisions: 2 rounds per concept within 7 days of delivery. A revision is a change to delivered material — copy, timing, shot swap, caption styling, music, VO speed, trim. A new angle or an extra hook is a new unit. Both rounds come as one message each; a drip of one note a day is one round.
Delivered means an H.264/AAC MP4 per variant per ratio, 1080-wide, faststart,
loudness-normalised, plus the script, the spec JSON and the provenance manifest, in
<brand>/<concept>/<variant>_<ratio>.mp4.
Money back on any Concept Pack or Test Batch if you wouldn't run any variant. Retainer months refund pro rata on the undelivered portion.
No performance guarantee. Creative moves the odds; it doesn't remove the variance. Everything downstream of the click — product, offer, landing page, media buying, seasonality — is outside our control. Anyone guaranteeing you a ROAS is either confused or selling you something.
New shop, no track record. No client has paid yet, so there are no results, no case studies and no logos on this page — and there won't be until they're real. Every price above is a price we intend to charge, not one anyone has paid. That's what the refundable $250 pilot is for.
No public sample reel yet, on purpose. Our portfolio is unsolicited spec work made for specific companies, and our own rule is that a spec concept goes to the brand it was written for before it goes anywhere else — including here. Ask and we'll send what's relevant to you directly.
The renderer that produces the work is open for inspection: github.com/outlier1804/ai-ad-service. You can read exactly how a file is built, what licence every asset carries, and what the machine can and can't do — before spending anything.
Tell us the product, who it's for, what you're already running, and the one thing you wish more people understood about it. That's enough to write to.
A GitHub issue is the contact channel — it's public, so leave out anything confidential and say so; we'll take it from there.
